Did you know the summer is the #1 time for margaritas? We created a paid campaign that showed young spirit drinkers that with already mixed Jose Cuervo’s margaritas you have more time to, well, do all the things this summer with your favorite people.

Mixed So You Can Mingle

Bright, saturated colors (inspired by the vibrant hues of the bottles 😉)
combined with relatable and fun summertime scenarios set the mood in these
short vignettes featuring a group of friends partying. We used the line
'Mixed so you can ____' as a flexible but consistent storytelling construct.
This ran across Facebook and Instagram.

We also got a chance to run Pinterest’s first ever “Premiere Spotlight”
ad on their home feed and search page.

The campaign assets were also used across digital channels like banners
on Maxim Magazine’s site, the Jose Cuervo site, and email.

To draw even more awareness we created an instant form sweepstakes giving away a Jose Cuervo branded cooler that ran across social and digital.
(Fun Fact, I pasted the stickers on the cooler by hand…
10 minutes before shooting ;])

This campaign had fantastic results. The short campaign flight drove 1600+ purchases (8% increase from last year), resulting in $20k revenue at $1.19 ROAs.

The Instant form sweepstakes earned 148k entries, outperforming platform benchmarks by 89%.
